Branksome Avenue, Corringham

This 9-plot development contains 5 detached 4-bedroom units and 4 semi-detached 4-bedroom units. The houses have a modern high-specification finish with generous room sizes and open-plan kitchen dining areas. Oak doors and handrails are complemented by a white finish to our second-fix works. The exterior elevations are finished with Cedral cladding to improve the kerb appeal of these houses even further.

Woodcraft took care of the roof and porch construction, as well as the installation of low-level flat roofs at the rear of the properties, Posi-Joists and Cedral cladding. We were also responsible for first, second and final fix carpentry, as well as the installation of staircases and handrails.

The Willows, Corringham

The Willows is a very well presented eight bungalow development. Woodcraft provided a full carpentry service for 6 two-bedroom and 2 three-bedroom properties. These bungalows have a high specification both internally and externally, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing cul-de-sac.

Woodcraft completed all roof construction, along with first, second and final fix carpentry. We also installed Cedral cladding to the exterior of the homes

Westley Road, Langdon hills

This bespoke 5 bed detached home has an integral garage, basement cinema room, plus open plan kitchen and living area that has crittle doors leading into a separate lounge. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms on the first floor, with the master containing a walk-in dressing room. The attic space has two further bedrooms, both with en-suites.

Woodcraft was responsible for installing the truss roof and low-level flat roof. We also did first, second and final fix installations. These included installation of the staircase and handrail, plus herringbone flooring on the ground floor. We installed media units in the bedrooms, lounge and cinema room, along with wall panelling in the bedrooms. Finally, we were responsible for creating an outbuilding and adding larch cladding to the perimeter fence.

Butlers Grove, Langdon Hills

This American-inspired property sits on top of a secluded hill surrounded by Essex woodland. A substantial home, it has 5 bedrooms, 4 en-suites, 2 bathrooms and a separate dressing room. It also has a spacious kitchen, living and dining area, large utility room and pantry, basement cinema, bar and playrooms and an internal double garage. The rooftop sun terrace offers amazing panoramic views of the London skyline. The property boasts large verandas to the front and rear with a pool and pool house, plus a fully equipped outdoor kitchen.

Woodcraft completed a major scope of works for this project. This included roof construction, Cedral cladding to the exterior and first and second fix carpentry. We also installed Millboard decking and Cedral cladding to the roof terrace, as well as constructing an external veranda with decking overlaid by Millboard. Finally, we worked on an outdoor kitchen structure, complete with kitchen units.

Dry Street, Basildon

Nestled down a rural country lane, this stunning property boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 en-suites, 2 bathrooms, a master dressing room, utility room, lounge and reception room, large kitchen dining area and a substantial garden. The specification included oak internal doors and handrails, plus wall panelling in the lobby and landing areas, together resulting a modern yet traditional feel.
Woodcraft was responsible for Posi-Joist works, roof construction and first, second and final fix installations. We also installed the staircase and handrail, wall panelling and a solid oak porch.
